I just mentioned it as it was my 1st encounter. Had not see it before. A non issue created by some unforeseen "apparition".
I use my wife's Mac laptop when I have my morning "joe". Never saw it on my 2 Windows pc's....yet. No biggie. FYI
More for Fred just in case an issue is lurking in the background.

That's an internal error message from the MySQL software running on Fred's server. It indicates the site has too many outstanding connections to the SQL server - it's probably only a passing error that occurs during a peak usage case. Should have no relation to your device or browser.
