I just got back from a couple of days back-country skiing on Mt. Rainier. I went light again with iPhone 16 pro to help my old butt get up the hill. Skiing was so good I just swooped down and didn't work hard shooting my buddies.
THE Mountain (as we Washingtonians call it) from the Tatoosh range on our first day.
Our party got spread out on the climb of the Paradise glacier. Little Tahoma in the background.
I am on my 30" calibrated monitor and WOW!!!!! What a RUSH Jim!
Reminds me of my youth jumping out of perfectly good planes into the clouds or a HALO insertion.
Extremely well seen, composed and processed!
I will add I am VERY envious of your ability to do this much less photograph it! Kudos!
Dan
I still have a "flip phone"....VZW is charging me $100 more a month to have 2 "flip phones" versus a "smartphone". I have been thinking about the iPhone16 Pro if I move at all. And I think the "handwriting" is on the wall for me at least. Everything is a "link" on my flipper. Does no good if I am not at a computer.

Thanks for all the comments guys. It was a wonderful couple of days. I just wish it wasn't such a traffic jammed drive from my house north of Seattle.
Dan, #2 is also my favorite of the day. I've shot this scene many times, but the dark clouds in the background really added to the layering effect in this one.

Well done Jim. The second and third one are quite nice.
I just upgraded my old SE for the 15 and I've been presently surprised. A long time college friend and former pro photog uses the 15 Pro quite a bit, even though he still gets out with his full frame and Ricoh when he wants to carry the gear around.
