The last 2 days Maryland has had late summer heat and humidity levels here and it really stirred up the atmosphere!
These thunderheads were East of me looking towards Baltimore.
We did not get 1 drop of rain but to the East and South(DC) they did.
The second image I mistakingly edited it and it looked like a napalm explosion during "contact" in Vietnam.

Impressive Cumulonimbus for sure. But thunder heads, not sure, not seeing the classic anvil head. Then again, I’m no meteorologist 😁. Whatever they are it’s a darn fine image. (Could use a little sheen maybe 🤣

Thanks Rod! I called then thunderheads only because they provided much thunder and lightining. They went around to the East of me and blasted those parts.
Now the "sheen"! I still have NOT been able to master the sliders to get that sheen.
