The search for another bag or backpack...
We are travelling to Europe (Paris, Antwerp, Bruges and Amsterdam) this summer. For this trip, I am looking for camera bag or backpack which can hold a Nikon Z6, 14-30 and 24-70 f4 lenses, an iPad, chargers, cables and extra batteries, etc..
The two main things are that the bag needs to be able hold a water bottle on the outside, and the bag needs to fit under the airplane seat (i.e. personal item size)
I have a Peak Design Sling 10L, but it does not have a spot of water bottle, so I am looking for other ideas.

I think a Thinktank Trifecta 10 would work well if you can find one. They redesign and change model names a lot.
I also have a Lowepro Fastpack Pro BP 250 AW III when I need to carryon a large kit like D500, 24-120, 70-300 PF, Z50, 18-140, flash, batteries, charger.

You might want to look to a regular "daypack." Many are set up with an internal sleeve for a laptop, etc., and have water bottle sleeves. You can add a camera insert to the pack with dividers, etc., to separate and organize the camera gear. That said, many of the photo backpacks will have the outside sleeves for a bottle of tripod, too. I happen to have a Tenba DNA 16. It might be larger than needed but was very adaptable to multiple uses, both travel and photography.

Lowepro Flipside 300 AW should be able to accommodate everything. I used to travel regularly with my Flipside 200 and fit under the seat in front of me with more room on the sides. The 200 didn't have a separate slot for a laptop/tablet like the 300 does.

The new Think Tank Walker Pro 16L looks perfect for you. I have TT Retrospective 15 that fits the bill as well, though I find it a bit too "stylish" for me. Both work as "personal" items for travel.

Look at Brevite The Jumper Camera Backpack. I was not even looking for camera bags but got tempted at recent BH Photo sale on couple of wild colors for $39. It looks like a casual backpack but very very functional and fills all your requirements. I'll probably need to run bleach on my bag to mute the color 😄
