I headed out on a 15 mile loop this morning on my E-bike through my rural countryside. Primarily for the exercise but I can easily fit my OM-1, 90 Macro and Olympus 100-400 in a bag that sits on my rear rack so I always take it along just in case. I found this huge patch of beautiful wildflowers about halfway around. Good spot for a break
Thanks for taking a look !
Gary
This was one heck of a bike break and a helluva result Gary! I have planned photo sessions that don't go that well. Just show's it pays to be prepared.
That last take-off with the snack was a nice surprise too.

Thanks Eric. I usually just get very awkward wing positions with small birds like this. I was pretty happy with that one.
Energetic and peaceful both on these florals. Some really excellent shots. Just an FYI get a look at the area around the edges of the petals on #4.
The shot with the white in it is incredible for color and detail, love it!

Appreciate the input Karl. I believe what you're seeing in #4 are the artifacts from hand-held, in camera, focus stacking. And of course even if I used a tripod there's some movement from wind. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. I always wonder what is noticeable
These are all terrific Gary. What a rewarding bike venture you had. Don’t know whether I like the flowers or the birds better they’re all excellent. The BIF shot puts the icing on the cake.
