Svolvær is one of the largest town in Lofoten Island with a very beautiful harbor. Spent few hours and had dinner before heading to airport. Lots of tourists as its not as isolated and has quite a variety of accommodations and restaurants. There are some beautiful hikes and would definitely spend couple of days if I were to visit again.
Here are few images from my brief visit. Thanks for viewing and welcome all CC

Sweet shots. Looks like a great place to visit, although no matter hard I try, I get a chill when I see images from Norway - BRRRR

Thanks Greg! It is definitely a very picturesque location. During summer the temperatures are very pleasant and quite manageable.

Beautiful pictures, hope to get there someday.
Thank you Bill! I sincerely hope you do get to go as it is a photographers paradise.
I ate a lot of bar food for dinner in Oslo. I was there in the summer and would work, without any sunlight cues that the day was ending. I'd end up racing for a restaurant, in broad daylight, only to find it closing. Otherwise, it's a fine place.
Yep, that’s one problem with 24hr daylight. I had to really make sure that I get back to my apartment no later than 9pm in broad daylight 😳 to get good rest. Easy to get carried away by daylight.
