.....so I had to check, but it's been 6 yrs since I've posted here.
Older (52) wiser (hopefully) but certainly less concerned about the gear and more interested in learning to take better photos.
My daughter (20) and son (16) still make themselves available occasionally for photos when we're somewhere interesting, but my fiancé is 8 mo pregnant, so a whole new chapter (and model) are about to begin :-)
We spent this past Sunday in Central Park. All photos Sony a7r m5 with either Sony 50/1.4 or Batis 135
Not sure she should have been standing in the street, but she probably didn't get run over. They aren't bad, and certainly will be a cherished moment you will have. Maybe the one where she is sitting is my favorite, not that you asked, but it doesn't show "maternity" as much. Seems more natural.
Thx for the feedback - I'm not a portrait photographer (or any kind for that matter) and she was varying degrees of anxious posing, but we had a good time and I'm open to learning/ feedback.
