Terrific set Scott. I had not heard of 65:24 format. I have been pondering on getting a GFX and the native 65:24 format brings about possibilities and potential new opportunities.

Man, what a compliment, thank you Dan! I definitely came home and realized I had some real winners
You deserve it Scott!
I firmly believe that members here should be recognized for their accomplishments. You have also introduced me to a new camera format I knew nothing about! So I learned something very new! And I like it!
Exposure is a pathway to commercial success!
Yours fall into that category Scott! THis is what inspires me to go out and shoot! Probably won't come close to you but I am NOT trying to copy anyone's photography style just try my hand at "seeing thru the viewfinder"!

I hadn’t even thought of combining this ratio with telephoto, I don’t really have an option there yet on GFX so I will have to consider something!

I really enjoyed this set. You made the most of the aspect ratio and I think it can be enjoyable to force ourselves to compose with a specific ratio.
I recently started using the 65:24 ratio in post for mountain range/sweeping tele landscape shots and am growing really fond of it.

That's one of the weaknesses with the system in my mind, but I know that it is fairly easy to adapt glass to GFX. I like using a 70-200 or 100-400 on FF as part of the landscape kit and that presents a challenge if choosing MF for my taste.

I figure I'll start with the 100-200 and if 200 + some cropping doesn't sate me, we're just gonna have to get weird with it
