NO AI 🚫(ever). A single shot with minimal adjustments. After chasing a massive thunderstorm for nearly 3 hours (100+miles) with fellow pro Kevin McNeal, and just a couple minutes before getting KNOCKED OUT by lightning ⚡️ (no joke, that story with images will be on my YouTube page soon) I caught this crazy thermal updraft of light over the Grand Canyon (yes, it’s real). This is likely the most incredible adrenalized shoot in my 20 year career.

Amazing photo - I had the same thought as others, that the cloud formation echoes the shape of the bluff, and looks rather like a castle in the sky. Beautiful work.
