FWIW, I really like mine. I wasn't sure if I would like it compared to the regular thumb grip but I do. It is nice that it folds away and it is comfortable in use, at least for me. I bought the "black" one which has brassed nicely with use.
Got one in plain steel look for my silver M-P 240. It's not the same color, but I think it still looks great.
And wow it improves the ergonomics of the camera so much! I was actually a bit negatively surprised how the M felt in hand (even with small lenses) because the thumb rest was too small. Maybe that's better with the M10 / M11 compared to the M240 as their body is a bit slimmer, but either way this grip completely fixed that issue for me
It's a great idea, but the finish choices doesn't match any Leica body. The "black" version comes a bit closer to matching Leica's black chrome, but the stainless steel one doesn't go with silver chrome or safari bodies at all. If it did, I'd definitely pick one up. I gave the designer feedback about making the thumb support better match the different finishes (and even suggested a black paint version) but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
