Tis the season, as they say. It's going to quiet down shortly and get really quiet through summer, except for the Osprey chicks. This spot is along the Niagara River which is a very important corridor for migratory birds. Honestly, I'm probably just scratching the surface. Wish I had more time

Thanks Ross. This is the second spring where I haven't seen the Black-crowned or Green Herons. But I'm seeing a bunch more Great Egrets. I feel the Egrets may be driving off the smaller Herons. Too bad as I really enjoyed the smaller Herons.
