Another excellent SoCal set from Buffalo resident.
Seems to know all the good spots, maybe more so than the SoCal residents.
I really like the Coyote shot.

Well, the generosity of Joshua @AGeoJO gave me a great head start a few years back and it's just continued on from there. That coyote was shot from a lawn chair in my daughter's backyard I saw him walking along the ridge and gave a little "lip squeak" which stopped him in his tracks. He paused just long enough for a quick shot.
Crazy great variety all well captured Gary.
#2 is really grabbing me, color, detail, just the right DOF and the melody of colors is energetic and soothing both!
7,10,11 all super sweet
#12 that guy looks underfed, better be careful! Great capture

I do miss the Arboretum. Looks like they put on a show for you. Great shots!
Coming from where I live that Arboretum is surreal to me. Such a lovely place. Always in flux and even if I don't get what I'm after there's always something to shoot.
IQ looks awesome from here Garry! You probably lack nothing except for making billboard size prints.
The duaghters backyard is awesome with the hummer and coyote! With that available so close I'd hardly want to drive anywhere else, heh. Nice set!

In hindsight, I shouldn't have even mentioned the IQ difference. After all, that's comparing a $5500, 45MP, full frame sensor to a $2000, 20MP, 4/3 sensor. Of course there would be a difference. I was worried that I'd be disappointed taking only the 4/3 system on this trip but it turned out just the opposite. Walking around with the 100-400 which gives 800mm reach and also a ridiculously close MFD makes it extremely versatile and I found myself just having fun and shooting things I might otherwise have walked past.
There's plenty of days I'm content to just sit in their backyard. It's eerily quiet back there and lots of stuff passing through.
Here's a first for me that I snapped while having morning coffee
