Gorgeous, but I wish the shadow didn't bleed out of the frame.

I love this composition Pham!
The kimono is very beautiful BUT I believe the Vietnamese ao dai is as good or better!
The entire composition is so vivid and I do love the shadow!

Nice work on the shot. I'm with Douglas on wanting the whole shadow. I'm also not partial to the ragged edges.

Thank for the shadow feedback, I re-edited the image to have full shadow but I could not update the photo in this thread.

Thanks Jim, I re-edited the image to have full shadow and w/o the border but I could not update the photo in this thread.

Both dresses accent the delicacy of the female figure. The dresses I saw in my 2 years in your Country were always all white and the women wearing them, when I saw any women, most beautiful! Da Lat was a superb place to see the traditional ao dai. I believe a university was there?
I love them now even more because they have added more patterns and more vibrancy to the dress!
