p.1 #1 · Portraits of a Russian tourist in Rishikesh, India
One evening I was standing by the River Ganges banks in Rishikesh with a Fujifilm XT5 and XF56mm f/1.2 WR lens to get some shots, that's when she along with her other girl friends came to watch the sunset there. I asked her if she would like to have some portraits done ( through a translator on iPhone), to which she agreed and we had a quick portrait session by the River Ganges.
It could have been more difficult to communicate posing with her, given the language barrier: She didn't speak English and I do not understand Russian, but she was a pro in posing...!
Yeah, she was definitely been into modelling at some point of time in her life.
My experience of asking photogenic people for free portraits were not always so good in India, and because of that fear I hesitate to even ask for it in US.
