Most are from private and semi private Photo Tours I led, some are unique to the year, it's never the same look between years. The more time you spend the more you can anticipate, but there are always surprises.
Beautiful shots. I am trying to visit for the first time. I was planning to go this week but got sick. Let us see, it is mostly get of the house for a change in scenery. Can't hike so will be shooting along the roads.
Yes #4 was a great afternoon, calm, remote, special. Always trying to repeat that afternoon feeling of definitely being at the right place at the right time.

Generally no, depends on the year, and altitude, you can find a little patch but most is gone by Oct 10.
Denver specifically, yes but that's city, anywhere near goes higher and would be late.
