None of the reviews or sample images I've seen from it make it look like a must buy. The 75 1.2 is interesting and seems to occupy a gap. The 27 is literally just in between the 23 1.4 and 33 1.4 and optically looks to be weaker than both, so I'm not really sure how well it's going to do. Might do better on Z mount, but then again that 24 1.7...or whatever the hell it is probably out performs it.
The next wide-normal lens I'll probably buy is the Sigma 30 f1.4, which offers basically the same product as this, but at a fraction of the size, weight and price.
This Viltrox is just too large and heavy to justify for an APS-C kit, even though the f1.2 aperture is compelling.
If people want shallow depth of field for portraiture, there are better options on the market.

I don't trust that guy for anything personally. I think I saw two minutes of that review and didn't even like the color cast or even images in the video so stopped watching. esanchez wrote:
Review by Xing Liu on Youtube said the 23mm is sharper than the 33mm and the 27mm 1.2 is sharper than the 23mm.
I really like the 23 1.2 so nope - skipping the 27. I have the XF MK II 27mm WR lens which is a sweet pancake but not as interesting as the 23 1.2 so it is collecting dust at the moment.

It looks quite sharp, but for having 15 elements, it better be.
I’m definitely intrigued. But I agree with some of you all in here about the images shared by reviewers so far. Will reserve further judgment until I see more stuff from users around here.
If size doesn’t play a role as a benefit, it will definitely need to be really impressive to make me want to opt for it as opposed to just using my A9 + Sigma 35/1.2 for that range.
Christopher Frost seems to like it. If I ever get it it's after the 75 though. mdude85 wrote:

Since no Photos of the 27 1,2 i will start.
A few weeks ago ther was a discount of this Lens for final 500€ so i coud not hesitate.
Size, Quality, Handling its just perfect.
I made a small comparison to the sigma 30mm, pls see yourself.
So the sigma had to go. For smaller size i have the Fuji 27 2,8.
