Clyde she is one beautiful young woman! The fact that she is using no or very little make up even makes her a natural beauty.
I really like how you have lit her face. So complimentary.
The OOF hands caught my eye as a very slight distraction despite the fact that her beauty can carry this photo alone. Crop at wrist level?
Not knowing your intent I am making a constructive comment about them. I am a terrible portrait shooter!
But again I say, she can "carry" this composition regardless!
Dan
Agree with Dan. I like how the hair is a good frame for the face and the background remains uncluttered. Hands and chair top are detracting. If you go for a crop, I'd say do it to remove even the slight neckline. A re-shoot to capture all of her hair in the frame would be nice too.
Dan and Jim, thanks she is my daughter Brittany and the shot was in my kitchen with a double window behind me and to her right and no flash. The older model Sigma 85mm and a Canon 6D was used. Thank you both for the comments as I rarely get any with the exception of Dan. I still like the original shot but also like the head and shoulders only look.
