Hi Brian, Thank you. And these are not from Zoo. These are from the Ndutu region of Ngorongoro, Tanzania. There were two cubs. This was before they got introduced to the rest of the pride. We were lucky, we got two mornings with them. And I was using a 600mm.

We cannot go off the vehicle in Kenya or Tanzania, reserves, so far I know. The key here is the positioning of the vehicle. Luckily the lioness and cubs were on slightly higher ground and we managed to place our vehicle in a slightly lower area. Here is another frame with the mother and cub.
