Truly a helpful tutorial. While I consider myself pretty darned proficient with PS and haven't even tried Neat Image (or similar apps), I hadn't thought of trimming out the model's less desirable curves, but did just that (mostly the dress not fitting quite right) for a couple images I posted recently--thanks to that point being brought up in this post.

Nice effort but seriously though. Neat Image, like most tools are just tools. Overusing it will cause your image to deteriorate but knowing HOW to utilize it with layer masks, etc. will highly enhance your images. It's not the tool but the mind behind the tool that makes your images great.
