p.3 #1 · Download added - Making Mediocre Magical! (...or something)

Truly a helpful tutorial. While I consider myself pretty darned proficient with PS and haven't even tried Neat Image (or similar apps), I hadn't thought of trimming out the model's less desirable curves, but did just that (mostly the dress not fitting quite right) for a couple images I posted recently--thanks to that point being brought up in this post.

To misquote msoo:
"It's not the tool but the tool behind the tool that makes images bad."
...and miss ani difranco:
"every tool is a weapon if you hold it right"

Watch out when I get my boom arm

Thanks Jeremy.

Nice effort but seriously though. Neat Image, like most tools are just tools. Overusing it will cause your image to deteriorate but knowing HOW to utilize it with layer masks, etc. will highly enhance your images. It's not the tool but the mind behind the tool that makes your images great.

The Neat Image things, as mentioned, were tounge-in-cheek ore then anything...thanks for your comment.
