Some beautiful captures and some wide open territory. The first and second are stunning with #2 being certainly a desirable print. The first of the B&W's is very nice as well. If I were to print I would open up the shadows in the eyes of these but not over do it, could be my monitor but I believe they are a bit too dark if not black looking.

Thank you Karl. I was on the fence, but ultimately went with this print from the set (not previously shared). Mainly because of the backstory of this cheetah and her three cubs.
There are some good Black Friday sales still going on for prints though so I may get #2 anyways. According to the conservation org I'm working with, metal prints seem to do well at their events.
Thanks again for your feedback!

Bobby, I agree that the first 2 are brochure quality. I know they have their own submission requirements. For my wall, I'd do portrait crops on both.

Thank you all. Much appreciated! For a little backstory - on the day of the sighting, there were reports that rangers were tracking this cat and cubs and several groups of tourists were out looking for it in a general area. I was able to find her after scanning the horizon for some time with binoculars. I certainly didn't expect to see this kind of behavior, though I've dreamed about capturing it for some time. There were originally four cubs in the litter, but one had died from allegedly getting bitten by a snake. It's a hard life for a cheetah. If you are anything like me you start to get really attached to these things beyond their photographic value.

Nice Bobby. When were these shot and what part of the Mara? These cats look very familiar and I may have shot this same little family.
Narok County in the Mara triangle. When were you there?

I was there late September to mid October in the Mara North. Shot a mother with three cubs as well, but the cubs were a little bigger than the ones you posted. So I was thinking you may have been there earlier in the year.
I'm looking to bring just one camera. Currently have an older Fuji, but thinking of swapping in for a used Olympus E-M1 ii or Sony A6400 due to the better AF for sports and wildlife.

If I it were me and I was only bringing one lens and body, I'd bring a 100-400 equivalent lens on the respective system, or a longer zoom if you're into birds.
