Had a super fun concert night on Jan 27 went and saw Ted Vigil's Tribute to John Denver really looks acts and sounded like John Denver all with the R7 and yep the RF 18-150 kit lens all at ISO 1600
I have observed a pair of Peregrine Falcons that have nested at the Mississippi River bridge at Hannibal, Mo for a few years. Every once in a while I get the chance to photograph one. This is from last Friday morning.
Trumpeter Swans. My first BIF with these. I'm not sure I even had a static shot of one. Rare to see during the migration. It was a sunny day but the sky looks grey due to high atmospheric smoke from the wildfires from Alberta, Canada.

Recently replaced my OM-1 with the R7. I'm primarily a landscape/nature photographer so the higher pixel count (at pretty much the same pixel density) beats the faster body. Will miss that 12-40 though, hopefully whatever fast RF-S normal zoom Canon comes up with can close focus as well as the 12-40.
R7, RF-S 18-150
The 18-150 is a pleasant surprise, pretty solid for a consumer-grade superzoom.

I agree the 18-150 is a pleasant surprise. Sharp at the wide and tele ends and in between. Great flower lens, especially with focus stacking. Paired with the RF 100-400 one has a pretty versatile field/wildlife kit. Need wider than 18/28, do a panorama.
