Hey Colin, so sorry to hear about your condition. I do wish you all the best. You have, despite your personal setbacks, post quite an impressive collection of images here. You've managed some fantastic low perspectives in some of these, where appropriate, as well as delivering uniformly lush backgrounds. The variety of birds here is marvelous, and each and every image is delightful. It's very hard to pick a favorite — I love them all. Thanks for posting these, and hang in there!!

These images are all superb, one winner after another! Then I saw the last one. How did you get that shot!! Amazing.
Your remark about the A1 made me laugh.
YGMV.

Thanks guys.
Dave, a pair of Caspian Terns have been hanging around Victoria lately, and in typical fashion, the male will go fishing and return the catch to the female, and this one was fairly close as it was flying in. Shot with the Sony 600 f/4 and 1.4 ext, and the A1 provided some cropability.

Hi Colin,
I am greatly saddened to hear of your diagnosis. I can't imagine how this must be.
If it is any comfort, you can be safe in the knowledge that you have left a legacy of amazing and inspiring images for us to enjoy. Thank you.

Colin, I have been long admirer for your work and have been following you on instagram/Facebook for long time. Your work has been my inspiration to get into wildlife and bird photography.
I had read your original thread about your health and glad to hear it’s slower than normal progress. Best of luck!

Colin, If you don't mind I have a question, you have few hundreds of great images of varied subjects (be it people/street or birds), when most would struggle to reach hunderd of that caliber, specially for subjects like bird/wildlife.
