The harshness of the light on the face give a ruddiness to the face.
Maybe crop of the shoulder to get rid of that super bright shoulder.
But beautifully posed and like the confidence in her look and the engagement with the camera/viewer . Great shot!

Daniel I must 1st ask is she a red headed woman? I ask that because of her freckles. A lost facial feature in today's world.
Now..I am really enjoying the the natural beauty of this engaging young woman! Minimal makeup that only accents her beauty and your capture of it! Beautiful lips, engaging eyes...and the freckles..!

I view it now from a 30" calibrated monitor and I find Allen's remarks dead on.
