I got some great advice from you, me cobber Ray and Allen on BW processing. It was hard not to post this in color because of the rust patina color and how it was really eating away at the metal. Looked too HDR though.... But BW prevailed.

I don't envy your dilemma choosing between color and b/w. Both tell a story equally well in their own way.

At 100% the rust is really fine! Beautiful patina, texture and detail(RAW file) but with my p.p. I found it may come across as HDR when I finished my edit.
Didn't want that! Not that hdr is bad..Just wasn't what I wanted at that time.
