Will this combination allow you to attach the 1.4 to M10-R and also a diopter (+2) on end of the 1.4? Will 50/1.4 Lux still retain full field of view in the OVF after the 1.4 magnification?

Yes, that's how it works on the M10-R. You attach the filter ring, followed by the 1.4x viewfinder and then the version 1 diopter at the end if needed. Yes, focusing with the 50/1.4 Lux is much easier with the viewfinder.
