Did anyone get Bhphotovideo.com account ban from buying any digital camera? Bhphotovideo told me that I am not allow buying anything from BHphotovideo.com due to the volume that I purchased from them. They didn't email or call to verify the reason until I called Bhphotovideo.com verification department.
Do I need to register account as business to large volume of digital camera from BHphotovideo.com? I am confused right now. I purchased a lot of cameras in past 8 years from Bhphotovideo.com without any issue until today.
That's strange. Maybe an AI bot is at work?
I can see a vendor rejecting a particular order, but not banning anyone unless there is some previous negative history.
I spoke to The verification department about it. They flagged my account as reseller. I don't know if I violated their policy about it. Anyway, it was great business with Bhphovideo.com due to no sale tax, especially for CA residents.

How much equipment are you talking about...and were you reselling it?
Few mirrorless camera plus lens per months and few computer components such as motherboard, PSU, CPU, etc. I considered it as hobby and resell as same time. I don't see any policy in BHphotovideo against resell item. If I did, I have to live with it and move on.

I do not believe you were banned "due to the volume ... purchased," but due to the volume returned. I discussed this in greater detail in an email I sent you.
