Wonderful images, Bob! I am impressed that you could get away with just using the 100-400mm lens without any TC and a few times, even shorter than 400mm. I had to use my longer lens plus TC most of the time on my trip to Tanzania. I hope I can still make back to Africa this year.
Fantastic set Bob. looks like a productive trip. Glad you got to go before the whole Covid thing exploded again. I am already having to cancel surgery and trips again.
Great set! You had a lot of terrific sightings and got wonderful images of them. Scheduled to go to TZ in early Feb, hope it doesn't get zapped by Covid.
Thank you

All of these images are just spectacular! I'm guessing a private reserve based on the focal length? And look at those ISO's! You must have done some magic on those files!

Thanks for the comments! These were at Samburu, Lewa and Mara North, mostly conservancies. I used Topaz and DXO for noise reduction, they work really well.

I really like the shot of the lioness' with cubs at the watering hole.

Thank you Dave! That was an amazing sighting, with 9 small cubs in one shot!
