While most people were shooting the bright fall colors of the Aspens, I went to the dark canyon walls of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Always fun to shoot this place. All shot with my Sony A7R3 and an FE 2.8/12-24 GM. Thanks for looking...
very nice. My only times going past the canyon, there was no light and the canyon was really black - no interesting contrast. Glad to see what it can look like!
Thanks everybody for your comments. The canyon gets flooded with light quite often. It's the contrasts that are hard to work with. Burned and dodged quite heavily for the effect and the second one was a large crop. A lot more than I wanted. But soft direct light is a huge plus. Thanks again..
