I got 45-100 but studio at work is not open yet (due to covid) and for typical landscape use, I miss wider end and on tele end want it to be longer. So how does 100-200mm compare with this lens? I can sell 45-100mm and get 100-200mm as I already have 32-64mm,

Realistically, this is a question only you can answer. I would rent one. You also have to consider that you just don’t have a lot of lens options in the GFX system. Are you willing to live with the limited focal length options compared to a Sony system? For landscape, you probably need a longer focal length. If the 100-200 doesn’t meet your requirements, are you willing to lug the equivalent primes around? And don’t hold your breath thinking Fujifilm will provide other lens options. Plus, make sure the GFX meets your landscape needs. Do you ever take pictures of say crashing waves where you are best off with a fast shooting camera?

I ended up with 250mm f4. Also got to try the 100-200mm. And no issues shooting crashing waves. All you needs is a fast shutter speed and any camera can do it.

Congratulations on the new lens. The 250mm seems to be hard to get. I hope to get one some time.

Sometimes to catch the right moment of say waves, you need a camera that will fire off the shutter as soon as possible after hitting the shutter button and can fire as many shots as possible. This can help catch the exact moment where the wave action is best. It could pertain to lightning strikes also. It is more than just fast shutter speed. A GFX camera isn’t the best option when fast bursts are required.
