Yes, that literally is my "backyard"! . This area (Flathead Reservation) is very beautiful - except during late summer lately, when all the smoke from fires in California, Oregon, Washington, BC and Idaho seems to funnel right into us due to the SW flow from summer high pressures - hopefully gone after recent rains!
This, and an old barn right around the corner from me are favorite subjects for area photographers. I'll post the barn next week!
In the meantime - off to try and find some good fall color/aspens in Glacier NP

I keep going back to this place and have several very different images - maybe I'll put together a short series rather than just the one I posted here later. People seem to like the "series" concept.
