I think the 150-400 was a little too long for use at Timbavati Private Reserve, as the vehicles can usually go right next to the animals. Ended up with mostly nead shots... Hahaha. A second body with the 40-150mm f2.8, might have been the most optimal setup. I bring along the Sony A1 with the Tamron 35-150mm f2-2.8, but it was handled by my son, whose not really into photography. Still trying to see what images I can get from that camera.
