Okay, so you painted the mount for 11141, as above, and then the camera/RAW developer knew what it was. I don't think that I can manually enter 11141 in the camera, I need to color the spots as above and put the lens detect system on Auto.

Joel,
You don't need to set "lens detection" to manual.
When you use the code I posted above on your Voigtlander, you can set your M9 to "Auto" and it will apply correction thinking it's the Leica 50/2 APO.
I think it won't work. The last M9 firmware update was in 2017 and it was only released to add support for a couple new lenses:
M9/M9-P/M-E Firmware Version 1.216 M Monochrom Firmware Version 1.022
The following improvements are included in these firmware updates:
Support of the new lens:
• Thambar-M 90 f/2.2
• Noctilux-M 75 f/1.25 ASPH.
When I look up the lens, pics show a different code. Is this a different version?
Also, looking at your code, is it looking at the center out or out towards the center. Sorry for all the questions. Can you please post a pict of the back of your coded. Apo Lanthar?

The picture above is the correct 6-bit code for the Leica 50/2 APO. That's the one I used on my CV 50/2 APO.
Unfortunately the site I linked was showing the incorrect code.
I bought a Kipon iBerit 50mm f2.4 M-Mount lens. It actually has the 6-Bit code positions on the base, but they are blank. I found the 6-Bit code for a Leica Summarit-M 50mm f2.4 which would be the best match to the Kipon iBerit 50mm f2.4. I used a sharpie to fill in the two black positions in the code and my M 262 would not recognize it. I was beginning to think that I also had to fill in the white markings as well. But after reading this about the sharpie being too glossy, I need to try something else. The local drug stores sell nail polish pens which, like the sharpie are easy to use. Just have to see if they carry matte black and matte white.
So, you can use flat black model paint or flat black paint marker, both available on Amazon. Don't need to worry about the white. You can leave it blank or shiny white, doesn't matter, only the black.

If the lens mount is black, like the new Voigtlander Heliar lenses, you can do the opposite and simply paint it white.
