I like the possibilities of the first one, but wish there was more separation between the church and moon. As is, my eyes are drawn right to the two subjects leaving the rest of the image wanting. I do love the bit of colour in the clouds.

For me, the most fascinating aspect was the sight of the moon hovering low over the ocean the entire span from moonrise to moonset. This was a couple of days after the summer solstice and the full moon did not rise above 1.2º. So, no possibility of more separation. Here in Iceland it takes a stroke of luck given the capricious weather - if there had been a band of clouds on the horizon (like it was the following day) I would have come back empty handed.
