I've purchased this Leitax adapter directly from the source. It's easy to install and the combination very solid:

Basically it makes the lens + adapter much lighter compared to regular adapters and there will be no play or wiggle room when installing it on your lens. It's a 1-minute installation with the supplied 4 screws.

As an option, I was also using the Novoflex ASTAT-NEX Collar Mount with it on my Contax 100-300 VS (see image) but decided to use this lens on the Leica as well (via adapter) so I'm selling the Leitax. ;-(
Now I will be able to adapt the Contax 100-300 Vario-Sonnar on both Leica and Sony bodies.

It comes from Europe and take a long time to arrive. The total with shipping is 102 Euros + tax. for the adapter. (about $120 + tax including shipping). I'm selling it for $85 and it looks like brand new.

Obviously I know it's not. It's a beautiful looking piece of glass.
