Partway into a 5.5 mile hike along the Daniel Ridge Trail in the Pisgah National Forest of Western North Carolina is this sweet waterfalls. Spent an hour there, the comps were endless. I hope you like this one.
Beautiful waterfall picture. I will be heading into waterfalls land in few weeks and have never taken such a nice picture myself. This picture is def inspiration .
Looks like a very interesting and photogenic waterfall. I like this shot a lot. I'd beg for more pictures from the same location. Please share some more.

Can I ask, are you using a filter and a long exposure to achieve this? I'm just starting in photography and would love to learn how to take these sort of shots.

Wang, I did use a polarizer filter to determine just how much reflection I wanted on the rocks. It was early in the morning and overcast. I was able to achieve the 1/2 second exposure time I wanted with that filter @ ISO 320 and f11. If it had been sunny and brighter, I would have needed neutral density filters. When I first clicked on this thread, I wasnt sure I liked the balance of the top part of the frame compared to the bottom cluster of rocks. But after looking at it for a few moments longer, I just found myself being soothed by the shot and comp. Ergo....really nice picture
