A friend asked me to shoot her son's wedding a couple of years ago. The entire wedding took place at the bride's family farm. I had a few minutes before the ceremony to try and get something indoors but the house was being remodeled and was pretty torn apart. I saw the living room walls were down to the old plank wood and some old plaster. When I asked her to stand next to the wall she looked at me like I was crazy but I knew what the 85 1.4 would do to those walls. This is a girl much more comfortable driving tractors than posing for photos but I still liked this portrait of her in natural window light and a touch of bounced fill from a speedlight.
You did a great job capturing a lovely bridal portrait, Gary! A minor nitpick here, I would adjust the WB slightly but I realize that’s more my preference.

Thanks Joshua. Actually glad you brought that up. Color balance is a huge weakness of mine and I felt this might be off but it's good to hear it from someone else. Appreciate the input
