After getting our vaccines finished and aged my Wife and I busted out of lockdown and took a quick trip to Utah. Here is an image taken in Zion as a snow storm began clearing.
What an amazing moment to be in Zion! Seeing the storm clearing and the sun coming out always gets the blood pumping and the shutter finger itching. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Excellent image Steve. The composition is bang on and the tension between the warm foreground grasses and trees contrasting with the cold rugged mountains really takes this image over the top.

Happy to share. The plus of the reduced travel environment was that there were just a few of us at this spot. Exiting conditions and serene at the same time. very lucky.

Magnificent, I would hang a large print in my Gallery.
Thanks, we have ordered a large print to hang in the new family cabin on White Fish Lake Montana. The best thing is that my Grandson and I took this image as a joint effort. Making images and memories!

I shot at this location 3 sunrises. Each was very nice, but each had its own mood. Thanks for the kind words.

I was very fortunate with conditions this whole trip. I got lots of fresh snow, and good light to work with. Yes, lucky, and as always grateful. Thanks for the nice comments.

Steve, that’s excellent 👍🏻 I shot from the same location in October during sunrise with absolutely no drama in the sky. Well done.
Thankfully we had interesting conditions and light every day. The locals say that has not been the case often this year.
Glad you like the image.

Outstanding image! Lots of layers and different seasons in one shot.
Thanks, the layers with different colors and textures make the photography job easier. Credit to nature for this.
