Captured these photos at Hot Creek, Eastern Sierra, last week during a freezing and windy morning. It was extremely difficult to stabilize the tripod at times due to high wind gust speed and I thought most of the captures are going to be blurry due to tripod shake. Feeling happy that I could come away with few usable shots from that amazing morning.
Great light on a beautiful subject! Tough to choose between. I'd have to go with the tonality of the last one - the warm reflected light in the creek really makes the image along with the blue-hued sky. I really, really wish those fence posts weren't there!
I agree with Jeffrey. Showing the advance of light in a sequence can be wonderful, but there is not enough separation between the first 2 and the last 2 images.
Jeffrey and Rajan, thanks for the compliments.
I posted all four as I am not clear on which composition I like most. That fence in the front has definitely put me in a dilemma. I like the wider views due to the mountain range but those are also including larger part of the fence. So I wanted to know which one will be your pick.
