Thanks Douglas. Absolutely gorgeous.
How did you get the reds and blues so intense?
I find the hummers tack sharp. WOW!
K-H.
Thank you K-H. I looked at these files in LR, the vibration slider is between +5 to +8, 0 saturation, but the blue primary under Calibration was at +45 (from preset). I think that boosted the red and blue. I use two identical 32" BENQ 4K PD3200 monitors side by side, often the pictures look very saturated on these monitors but look very dull in others, even in my iPad. I haven't bothered to calibrate them.

So in looking at this thread and the incredible imagery within (the flying squirrels are AWESOME ), it occurred me to look at my last few months with my new a1. The variety of my favorites struck me as this camera provides the opportunity to capture pretty much anything, constrained only by skill, vision and execution. I’ve never felt that way about another camera before - it’s pretty damn cool and the joy in shooting the a1 is immeasurable. What a great time to practice photography…
I took Sony ILCE-1 + FE 20mm F1.8 G (SEL20F18G) and shot the following image @ f/11.
Post-processing was done with the latest version 14.3.1.10 of Capture One 21 that I downloaded today.
So this seems to be the 4th A1 showing the Black Dots artifacts in yellow flowers, first uncovered by j4nu, when the raw files are post-processed with Capture One 21, version 14.3.1.10 in this case.
Finally some night football to test the A1 at some high ISOs under crappy stadium lighting. SOOC jpeg with the 400 2.8 GM at 1/800, 2.8 and 12,800 ISO. It doesn't look like the larger sensor will have any trouble competing with my a9v2.
Anyway, just got home from shooting some middle school football at a high school stadium. Hope to shoot some HS football tomorrow night under more crappy lighting.
Hello.
Dear users of the subject. Who uses non-original memory cards for the camera, are you satisfied with the speed? I think the original cards are very expensive and there is no need to write 250 frames of a series. My eyes fell on the 256Gb Kingston Canvas React Plus SDXC UHS-II U3 V90 memory card. I apologize for my speech, I am writing through a translator.
