Too many hummingbird shots. Worked my way around the one perch to get different backgrounds as the little guy stretched out. I'll put some different ones in the 200-600 thread to spread them out a bit.

very nice shots, Yik! Can't wait for the airshow season to start in our region. I am planning to go to six shows.
Went to see a rocket launch for the first time near Wallops Island, Virginia today. I was the first one to arrive at the most popular spot, in frigid and windy condition. But it turned out not to be the most ideal spot. It's 6 miles from the launch site and couldn't see the launching pad. Should have listened to a friend who told me to go to a lesser known location that is closer and offers an open view to see the launching pad. Oh well, there is always the next time.

Wow, that's a sight that we definitely will not get to see. Even for airshows, it's only once in 2 years in Singapore.
This year's show is the largest event to be held in Singapore to date, post pandemic. Only about 1/3 of the exhibitors turned up, compared to the 2020 event, which was the last big scale international event to be held, before we went into lockdown.
We had a rare appearance by a B52H number 1006, "Old Soldier II", from Barksdale Air Force Base - KBAD
USA - Louisiana. It flew from Guam to Singapore, and made one fly-by, before return to Guam (12+ hr roundtrip flight).
I was out walking around one of our city parks near Sugar Land, Tx and saw an Osprey, Bald Eagle, and a Belted Kingfisher fishing in the pond. It's not often we have access to such activity in Texas unless it's on private land or on a boat. Came back the next day and only found 2 of the 3 in the area
