Stunning!! Can not wait to return to this magnificent park. I am envious that you visited in the winter and of your wildlife photog skills. Best to you from a retired Biology prof!!
Thank you! It is such an amazing place. I'm already anxious to get back!

Great set. The little pygmy owl on the stump really shows how small they are.
So small! I really wanted a BIF image of them, but it was incredibly hard as they move so quickly. But I feel fortunate to have spent so much time with it that day.

Simply fantastic set! I'm envious of your wolf shots. Hell, I'm envious of the entire set!

Thanks! The wolves was definitely the highlight of the trip. I'm of course already looking forward to more encounters....it gives me something to dream about
Very nice set, I spent three days in Yellowstone a week ago -19 degrees. I also had a great time even though I did not see owls, fox, Martin? . I did see 16 wolves at a kill site which made the 13 hour drive worth it. Lots of bison with frosty faces. To many people for me!!!!!! Bruce

Thanks! I saw some images of that kill. Pretty awesome, that would definitely be the highlight of any trip (for me anyway). Glad you got to see it! Thanks again.
I love the Martin shot! Was this a tour or solo trip? Any advice for doing a winter photo trip to Yellowstone? Thanks for sharing your stunning images!
