The lens I'd really like for its flexibility and clarity considering the focal length is the Sigma 500-800 F/5.6 I have had a demo of 1 of these for a day and WANT one . Wildlife isn't same with this baby I tell you.
I'm finally getting the 70-200 IS. That will make it 3 L's for me + 1 pro body. I just need to get another pro body and I can register for CPS membership =)
Kids are very hard to shoot, i've attempted them, but not many turn out well except for the candids. I think u've done very well getting the child's attention. Is the outside of the right eye not in focus?
Thanks for the comment. I've added +30 for contrast with the raw processing already! I agree there is a bit of green tint now that u've mentioned it... i need to get my monitor calibrated.

Um, the whole photo is soft, but that might have been the effect that Zane was after. I quite like it, actually. Kinda dreamy.

The new compact drive pd70x is coming out soon some time this month. the specs sound awesome, has a busrt write speed of 13MB/s and sustained at 9.5MB/s that means a 1gb card can be transfered in under 2 minutes seriously FAST!!!!! The battery life has been increased (one charge downloads 50Gb) and batteries recahrge quicker. You can format the hard drive with out the need for a computer and also upgrade the firmware with out having to plug the unit to a computer.
Sounds wicked dont have any prices yet. But if anyone is going up to brisbane you should see it on the Exeltek soloutions stand.
