btw, did you see the Katz-Eye focussing screens in the canon forum?

Just reading it now... I don't do much MF to justify it. I think the Canon Angle Finder C would be more useful since you can zoom into the centre as well as the outside and have the viewfinder larger.

Hmmm... having a look at the focus screens, the Contax FU-6 looks like what I've been wanting. Have to see how much this cost.

That Shot is bloody wicked Ed Bravo , Subdued coloring draws you into the intensness of the eyes and reflective presence of the shot.

Katz eyes focus screen is like what you have on your Nikon with the focus assist. Do a search for Katz eyes on here.

It's a split prism + microprism focussing screen. I don't know about you, but I love split prism screens.

yeah. you couldn't possibly use it for normal shooting, unless you really like "shooting from the hip".

I'm trying to get up to shoot the RFDS Aircraft for a flight project but we gotta get out to shoot for sure. Anne is improving even after having 2 more siezures Wed Last week.
Now it looks like she will be diagnosed with Adult Onset Epilepsy , so I'll be the cheauffer for 12 Months until she gets a clearance to drive.

What is coming up in Sydney that we can explore the boundaries with

Remind me to bring some of my framed stuff from the Epson 1290 too.

Hope your wife continues to get better Maurie.

What is actually happening in Sydney event wise? I think it's going quiet hasn't it? Superman I think is still being filmed in the city. Not that you can get all that close to it all.

There's a vintage vehicle thing going on this weekend in campbelltown, but unfortunately I threw the flyer away. Other than that, I don't know.

My mate's mum was diagnosed with that (she was in her mid 50s), but with a bit of treatment it was quite manageable for her.

Just found a little competition that us guys can get into. It's with the Sydney City council and their thing on Sydney life.

http://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/catz_Syd_life_05.asp

Sounds good and might try this one on...

Good idea. If you decide to do a portrait you'll need a model release, though.
