You have to get up bright and early to get any decent shots from Mount Wilson. The Zig-Zag train is pretty interesting, though.
The IR shot is layed on top of the normal shot... don't know what you'd call it, though, so I suppose collage is good enough. I finally figured out how to do layer masks, so I'm happy now
That pic is creepy Ed... it's like hell is coming over and turning everything into ashes.... pic also looks distorted like an anti fishy. I didn't know my 17-40 does that
I like the last one - the train at end of line - the low angle emphasised the 'end of line' feel, should get Ed and Smelly to go on the carriage and make a scary look or something...

#1 is a first class action photo - you caught the action really well, I like the motion blur, but the only criticism I may have is to have the man's bottom as the sharpest point of the photo...
The pic of my car... isn't that great.. too much shadows to look "reportive" and it's too sharp to be artistic. Maybe add heaps of grains on it might make it a bit more artistic.
#5 is the best though. Put that in landscape and that'd make a nice windoze wallpaper.
