zane: sadly it's too late for me to cancel my order.
i've been speaking to the administrator and they're trying to see if my order can still be fulfilled...
but this process is taking what feels like forever
Lunar eclipse boys and girls.. eastwards!
You mean this one not to sure about the blood red thing only done with a 70-200. Would look awsome with a 500mm plus extender

HI gang
I found it hard to shoot the moon when it was under the full eclipse (RED).
As it moved to fast for the slow shutter speed & came out a bit soft.
This shot is just before it went fully under not long after that last moon in the shot above that Chris took.I just exposed for the other half of the moon.
Im also selling a brand new Canon 17-85mm IS HERE - $699 AUS
If anyone is interested give me a yell!
Chris.
Have you upgraded to the 40D or made the jump to one of the new $$$mk111 models.
BTW your links take me to a sign in page not what I thought I would see
Seriously thinking about the 40D myself but will probably wait to next year would be good for the trip I have just paid the deposit for though.
7 nights-8days travelling NZ's South Island with a group of 5 other like minded photographers. Great value for money $160NZD a night including accomadation, breakfast, lunch and a pro photographer/chauffeur to drive you around
Love the wineglass/bottle shot must get out of the house and into my garage and set up something like this. Have been playing with my sigma 150 zoom and extn tubes though
Hi Guys, been awhile since I've actually been able to get online and just browse. Nice shots of the Eclipse, last night here was actually clear enough to see the moon for a change. Usually too much light haze or dust in the air. Visibility 2 days last week down to less than 500 meters. and the humidity has been that thick that the outside of the windows get covered in condensation.
I spent three days in Petra Jordan just wandering soaking up the antiquity of it all, and getting away from here. Still looking through all the photos trying to work out what works and what doesn't.
I brought some trinkets off this guy so I could justify taking his photo, I think the conversion to BandW works as the colour one was a bit bland
Bit the bullet today as well and brought myself an EF 300 f4 and a 1.4 converter, any experiences as to how they work together? Hoping they'll help me get a bit closer for the Racing in Bahrain early November
