Yes I did it I took 1hour 30, was looking out for some FMer's but lots of people and faces. Bit hard even if you fell over someone you would have to look twice to see if you knew them BTW like your images there is some great getups on the day, do not know how some people can finish in the times they do with the gear they have on.
Dunno.. he told me it wasn't that exciting.... lucky I didn't have to get out of my car to see it.. then again, Bondi and Tamarama was a nightmare to get around.
There's a drift day at Oran Park on the Sat, 24th Sept. $10 entry fee but I think there's a heap of photogs going to go there from the car forums. I think I can make a booking in the calendar to go.. anyone up for it?
BTW like your images there is some great getups on the day, 
do not know how some people can finish in the times they do with the gear they have on.
