How do the R5 and A9 compare for BIF ?

They both get the job done for the owls. I still find the A9 does somewhat better for quick acquisition of very fast BIF. I find the A9 easier to track along while shooting because it has a live EVF feed and the R5 does very fast 20FPS frame insertion (which is pretty good but not as good as the live feed of the A9). It is pretty cool to see the R5 find a head or eye while in flight though...that never ceases to impress me.
I'm the odd man out, here. Probably my total lack of experience with BIF photos. But, my favorites are #1 and #7.
In #1, the aerial combat makes it special, to me. More than just a well-composed single BIF.
I really like #7 for the way the owl is sharp and stands out, even with the cattails in front of it. The mix of cattails in the foreground and background are such a pretty and consistent look, yet none of it distracts the eye from the subject. #2 is a fantastic photo, but, like #1, I like #7 because it seems more unique.
