This has been a very different year for all of us, but the Elks at Rocky Mountain National park are in business same as usual! I spent few afternoons last week at Beaver Meadows area just watching and photographing the Elk Rut. Colors are changing, Elks are everywhere in Estes park and lower elevations of the park.

Great set Shibu. The next to the last is my favorite for the detail and also the composition with the just visible female

Shibu, personally I am not a fan of elks but your elk images are wonderful. I love the first and third image a lot.

Very impressive images. Wonderfully clean shots and great interactions. I do have to say though, I might enjoy them even more if they were a little less "crispy".

Great set Shibu. I envy you for having such a great selection of impressive bulls. #1 & 7 are my picks but they are all nice.

Great set, Shibu. We were out in RMNP a few years ago around rut time. I'd love to go out there again and get some pictures this time.
