I might have a problem with her intent(mysterious) also Jacques. But you got the "tough" excatamundo!!! Lighting is perfect and the bokeh also!!

That looks very good! I agree, the transition between sharp and oof is super smooth.

My first thought was oh my, she looks like Marianne Jean-Baptiste.

+1 @ the tough ... to add some mysterious, I might suggest some strong gradient falloff for her right side (camera left) and extending to the BG. Illustration available, if you like.
