Following are few snaps from my past visit to Maine. My vacation there got cut short by rain and incremental weather. It was cloudy and gloomy most of the time with dense fog.

These really depict what I have seen of Maine very well. Great moody captures and wonderful comps. Pemaquid Point Light is one of my favorite places to be and looks like you had sunshine that day!
Where was #3 taken, a similar view that would be from Mt Battie overlooking Camden Harbor.

Nice images. I like #2 best.
I hope you don't think I'm picking on you here... but on my monitor, the images here look a little oversaturated. The sky in #2 looks so saturated as to be almost artificial. It's still a great image, but I think our monitor calibrations must be different.
I know not many people agreed with me on the fall colors discussion, so take my comment with a grain of salt...

I seriously doubt the colors have to do with monitor calibration. Highly saturated, bright colors are very popular. Just look at other photographers on this forum and you will quickly see some of the most popular present images with colors that are neon bright. By comparison these are just a bit removed from reality into the shock and awe category.

I've been on and off this forum for 15 years -- sometimes lurking, sometimes commenting, and sometimes presenting my own images. I'm familiar with many of the photographers who present here regularly, and am familiar with the trends for more or less saturation that have happened over the years. I push saturation myself sometimes, to make my images convey some of the feeling I got when viewing them in person, even if they aren't strictly accurate.
I suspect monitor calibration might have something to do with it because in the fall colors thread, and in this one, there are elements that seem so saturated that they appear too far outside the realm of reality to me. If that's what the photographer is shooting for, great!
But if the images look realistic to him, and not to me, maybe there is a difference in monitor calibration and maybe he would appreciate knowing that. The sky in #2 here -- my favorite composition, BTW -- looks neon cyan/blue to me, not like a real sky (not even one that has been 'enhanced' with a polarizer).
I am a little bit baffled by something I noticed, which is that on the Fall Colors thread, most people thought the highly saturated images looked fine, not pushed too far. But on a different thread, titled "Mesquite Dunes at Sunset," people seemed to be in agreement that that image was oversaturated and needed to be changed. It was taken in Death Valley, a place I visited just last year, and did not look oversaturated to me. I did think maybe the color balance was off a bit, but it looked no more saturated than some of my images from the same place with minimal processing.
I'm sorry for the digression here, Kaushik. It's clear that you have a good eye for composition, which these images demonstrate quite well.
